Through the generosity of companies and their employees we're able to restore hope for thousands of patients worldwide through matching gifts, payroll deduction or employee motivation programs.

Payroll Deduction

We can help you initiate workplace giving by establishing a payroll deduction program for your company so employees can designate a dollar amount or percentage of their pay to go to Operation Smile each pay period.

Employer Matching

Matching gifts can sometimes double or even triple your donation. Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees, and some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, please enter your employer's name below.

Combined Federal Campaign

Operation Smile is a member charity of Global Impact. If you are a federal or state employee you can support Operation Smile through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). You will need to indicate #12033 on your pledge form. More information can be found on the CFC official website.

Employee Motivation Campaigns

There are many ways to motivate employees at work and help children waiting for surgery at the same time. For example:

  • Host a screening at an employee meeting to share a story of a child helped by Operation Smile. Film is readily available on YouTube. Donations can be collected or made online.
  • Ask an Operation Smile volunteer speak to your team, department or office about their experiences on a medical mission and collect donations to help provide a child with a new smile.
  • For more formal business environments, hold a special casual dress day. Ask that each employee pay $10 to wear jeans and donate the funds to Operation Smile.
  • Have an inter-departmental or site competition to each raise $240 to help pay for a child to have surgery. Celebrate the number of patients who were helped.
