Smile Collection Couture Event Helps Children Around the World

Top names in fashion helped to make this year's Smile Collection couture event in New York an amazing success. On May 19, hundreds of friends of Operation Smile gathered at the Waterfront NY for dinner and a high energy fashion show.

Access Hollywood's Billy Bush and IMG supermodel Mini Anden served as co-hosts for the event. Bush auctioned off items like a pair of prime seats at next season's Luca Luca fashion show and dinner at an exclusive New York hot spot.

The evening's guests included Donald Trump Jr. and his fiancée Vanessa Haydon, who wore a pink strapless J. Mendel design auctioned off for $2,500. Makeup artist Vincent Longo and celebrity hairstylist Ken Pavés were also in attendance. Bush also auctioned off "smiles" for $750, prompting many people to buy a needy child a surgery, including In Style beauty director Kim Van Dang and Bush himself.

After dinner, the crowd watched as 25 models walked the runway in select pieces from the collections of Calvin Klein, Carolina Herrera, Monique Lhuillier, Catherine Malandrino and J. Mendel. DJ Jus Ske provided music throughout the evening.

Thanks to beauty industry leaders Sephora, Delux Beauty, Paula Dorf, Stila, Vincent Longo and GO SMILE for their contributions to the evening's fashion show. And hairstylist Ken Pavés volunteered his time and talent to make sure the models looked amazing.
