Diana Delgado was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and adopted at the age of five. As she grew, she came to understand how her adoption shaped her empathy, compassion and deep commitment to giving back.

Raised just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Delgado now calls Tampa, Florida, home. After joining the Tampa YMCA, she witnessed firsthand the power of philanthropy to transform communities, which inspired her to shift her career path.

In 2024, she joined Operation Smile, where she connects donors with the organization’s mission. With a passion for storytelling and relationship-building, she is dedicated to sharing the incredible work being done.

Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted wife and mother of two boys. She loves spending time outdoors with her family, enjoying activities like camping, hiking and running in various races. Whenever possible, she proudly cheers on her beloved Philadelphia sports teams.
