Jodi Chaler serves as the planned giving specialist at Operation Smile, with a primary focus on estate administration. She ensures the smooth management of bequests, working closely with donors, attorneys, trustees and financial advisors to honor donor intentions and support the organization’s mission. In addition to estate administration, she supports the planned giving program by fostering meaningful connections and advancing planned giving initiatives.

Known for her problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, Chaler approaches challenges with thorough analysis and resolution. Her dedication to Operation Smile’s life-changing surgeries and programs drives her commitment to making a lasting impact through planned giving.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, yoga, golf and spending time outdoors with her husband, five young-adult children and dog, Elvis.
