Amber Leonti
Vice President, U.S. Development and Strategy
Amber Leonti joined Operation Smile’s development and strategy team in 2017 and has played a key role in working with regional directors and specialists to grow philanthropic revenue across the U.S. Since 2023, she has served as vice president of U.S. development and strategy, leading a team dedicated to advancing this mission.
With 20 years of experience, Leonti has expertise in designing and implementing outreach initiatives that address community needs while building and engaging strong supporter networks. Before joining Operation Smile, she served as the development director for an NPR affiliate and worked as an entrepreneur, owning and managing multiple businesses in Sacramento, California.
Leonti holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
Originally from California, she now resides in Seattle, Washington.
