Born in Mexico City and adopted at the age of 5, Diana Delgado’s journey has been marked by resilience, compassion, and a deep desire to make a difference.

Raised in Philadelphia and now residing in Tampa, Florida, she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of children around the world.

After completing her associate’s degree in computer information technology at Hillsborough County Community College, Delgado recognized an opportunity to pursue her passion for philanthropy. Inspired by her experience at the Tampa YMCA, she joined Operation Smile in 2024. As a dedicated bridge between donors and the organization, she is passionate about sharing inspiring stories and cultivating meaningful relationships.

Outside of her professional life, Delgado is a devoted wife and mother to two boys. She enjoys camping, hiking and running, but her greatest passion is cheering on her Philadelphia sports teams.
