Amber Leonti, M.A.

Vice President, U.S. Development and Strategy

Amber Leonti joined Operation Smile’s development and strategy team in 2017 and has working closely with the regional directors and specialists to develop, create and expand philanthropic revenue in the U.S. She has been in her current role as vice president of U.S philanthropy leading a team steering this initiative since 2023.

Leonti’s 20 years of expertise includes coordinating extensive outreach initiatives designed to effectively address community needs while cultivating and engaging supporters. Previously, she was the development director of an NPR affiliate, and was co-owner and operator of three women’s gyms in Sacramento, California.

Leonti received a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz and completed her master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

Originally from southern California, Leonti currently resides in Seattle, Washington.
